Mold Making

Our Tooling Division is an innovative tooling and mold making facility that is fully integrated with in-house design and production services. Speed and accuracy are driven by high speed machining center, the latest in CAD and CAM technologies and highly skilled toolmakers. Product design changes are communicated electronically, in real time to the machine programmers who are shaping the steel. Our machines are utilized for the maximum in unattended hours and coverage is provided on nights and weekends.

With the application of EROWA rapid positioning clamping system we integrates flexibility with rigidity, making sure that the precision of repeat positioning is 2 micro meters. This substantially controls the accumulative error and dramatically reduces the lathe breaking time to gain the best utilization rate of facilities.


Mold Steel We Use:

For core & cavity, we usually use imported steel from Europe and Japan, such as:1.2343,1.2344,S136,420SS, 718H, NAK80,NAK55,P20HH, 1.2738,1.2083,1.2767,H-13.

We use Copper alloy and/or Beryllium copper to optimize the cooling performance at the critical area

For mold base,DME#2 steel /AISI 4130/1.1730 or RAMAS/Stainless steel




Mold Size:
We build molds fitting machines from 50T to 650T.

Lead Time:

4-8 weeks depending on mold size and complexity.

¡ñ 4-hour continuous mold running upon request
