JZT’s quality system shall ensure that all molds and services provided to our customers meet or exceed all their expectations. Each IMI employee is responsible for reaching desired requirements requirements and by performing every task to its standards or initiating action to cause formal changes. We are constantly making improvements to our communication, design,manufacturing,and assembly processes that will ensure that our highstandards of quality are met on a daily basis.

Main QC Procedures:

◆Incoming Material Quality Control: Inspection on the hardness and dimension of incoming steel, mold base and components. steel, mold base and components.

◆ In-Process Quality Control: Document and data check design optimization,electrode inspection, core, cavity and insert inspection, pre-assembly inspection, mold trial report and samples inspection.

◆ Finally Quality Control: Inspection on mold and packaging prior to mold shipment.
